VALID PHOTO ID

When you check-in: All guest must show a valid photo ID (passport or Driver’s License)

The ID must be in the same name as the guest's name on the booking confirmation and a copy will be retained.

If you are unable to provide such identification, your reservation may be cancelled and you may be liable to pay us an amount equal to the full reservation amount plus any other costs incurred by us in connection with your reservation

SECURITY DEPOSIT

·A Security Deposit of AUD $200 is required upon check-in

·Security Deposit should be taken only with a valid Credit Card or Debit card and will be automatically released by the Bank up to 10 days after check-out should there be no incidentals to pay for.

 

Check-In

Location: 8-12 Trickett St, Aloha building, Surfers Paradise

Please park your car on the street to check-in (we have a 15 minutes FREE parking spot in front of the building), after you register you'll receive instructions, garage keys and a parking permit to park in a secure underground carpark.

Underground Car Park Vehicle Height Limit is 1.9 Metres.

Can I arrange an early check-in?

·Our Guest is welcome to check-in from 2pm

·However, should you arrive earlier than our check-in time our luggage storage is available and the use of our Leisure Facilities (Pool, Spa, Sauna, Half-sized Tennis court and Table Tennis) is welcome.

·Early Check in subject to room availability and may incur in earlier check-in fee of $40.00.

Can I arrange a late check-out?

·Our Standard Check-out time is at 10:00 am.

·Should any of our guest require a later check-out time please contact / see our reception the day prior to your departure to discuss.

·A Late Check out fee of $20 per hour will be collected and maximum late check out will be 1:00PM.

·If guest will request later than 1PM should book for additional 1night stay for the requested extension

 

Booking Cancellation Policy

You will forfeit 50% of the total price if you cancel after reservation and the total price if you cancel in the 7 days before arrival. If you don’t show up you will be charged the total price.

Please be aware that reservations for stays during Christmas and New Year's period are non refundable (between 20 of December and 06 of January).

We strongly recommend that guests consider and acquire travel insurance with cover that include the financial losses experienced due to travel changes, cancellation or interruption, in case of changes of circumstances.

·No-show Policy If the guest doesn’t show up they will be charged the total price.

 

APARTMENT RESTRICTIONS

·All Guest staying must be 18 Years or Over. Guest whom under 18 years of age are only able to stay at Erika’s Holiday Apartment should be staying with a parent or legal Guardian.

·Strictly No Party allowed in Guest’s rented apartment

·Strictly No Smoking Allowed

·Observe Silence at all times
